About Business Analyst Jobs
A traditional Business Analyst is someone who is part of the business operation and serves as a liaison with IT to help improve the products and services delivered by IT. Having gathered this information, the Business Analyst typically prepares a Business Requirements Document (BRD), which typically includes a Gap Analysis. Once the Business Users confirm that their requirements have been captured correctly, the Business Analyst will typically then prepare a Functional Requirements Document (FRD) to serve as a guide for IT development in the next phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
